What is your typical turn-around time?

​​​​​Typically, canvases take three to five business days to print and package before allowing additional time for shipping. Each piece is hand-stretched. Shipping time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Larger quantities and larger sizes may take longer to process. Holidays require longer processing time as orders may back up. We will keep you updated via email on your order processing time if there are delays. However, most of our orders will ship with a three day window from order time to ship time.

 

Can my order be expedited?

Yes, it can. Please contact customer service via email and inform us as to what delivery date is needed. We will do our best to accommodate. There is an extra fee for expedited orders.

 

What are your hours?

Currently, we do not have customer service agents to assist over the phone. However, we can be reached by email: art@artblvd.com.

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple boxes?

Yes, if your order contains more than one item, then we will ship as the order is processed.

 

What company do you ship through?

We typically use FedEx.

 ** We cannot deliver to a PO Box.  We require a physical address that FedEx will deliver to.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be included in your purchase for standard shipping.

 

How is the canvas stretched?

We use a blend of canvas that is stretched over 1.5 or 2.25” HDF stretcher bars.

 

Do you include hanging hardware with your canvases and framed prints?

Our canvases are hung by using the stretcher bar as a support. The buyer will need to measure and install nails/screws based upon his or her own preference. We are not responsible for any damage that the buyer may experience when hanging the canvas or metal art.

 

Can I hang my canvas product outside?

Our products are designed to be displayed indoors only and should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight.

 

Will the colors shown on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?

The colors shown on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Resolutions on monitors will vary from the actual image.

 

Are your canvases considered Giclee quality? 

Yes.  Our canvases are digital prints produced on high resolution inkjet printers. 

 

Do you offer frames for your canvases?

Yes, we offer frame options for our wholesale customers only.

 

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, you can use our upload tool under custom orders to specify the custom size that you require. Please note that certain sizes may require the original image to be cut to modify for printing. For example, a rectangular image will lose portions of its top and bottom for a panoramic custom size to be printed. 

 

Do you offer unstretched/rolled canvases? 

For our retail customers, we only offer printed and stretched canvases. However, for our wholesale customers; such as printing companies and artists, we do offer stretched blank canvases or unstretched rolled canvas. There are minimum requirements based upon the quantity and correlated price. Please contact us via email for a quote.

 

What is the largest size you can print?

The largest size that we can print is 36x90"; however this size is a custom order and requires longer processing time. 

 

Do you have all images in stock? And what are your Processing Times?

We print your order when we receive it.  This creates a 2-3 day processing time as we print on a first come first serve basis. During holiday times, a longer processing time of 7-15 days may occur.

 

Can I hang a canvas in a bathroom?

Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water.

 

How do I take care of my canvas?  Do I need to clean it?

Typically, your canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then. Do not apply water to your canvas as this will affect the ink and will damage it.

 

Do you have a store in my city that I can visit, or a catalog that you can send me? 

Currently, we do not have a catalog. Our images are all online. We do have a store, located in Oviedo, Florida, for our local customers. Out of state people are welcome to visit for in-store purchases.

 

RETURN POLICY

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product due to shipping, please CONTACT Fedex or the shipper and follow their claim policy.

If the damage is due to a defective product from printing or stretching/manufacturing, then please follow the instructions below for a replacement. We do not offer full refunds. We only offer replacements of the exact image ordered. 

 

  1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
  2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to art@artblvd.com with "Return" and your order number in the "Subject" box. Be sure to include your full name on the order, order date, order number, delivery address, item number/name, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

What if I change my mind and would like a different image, need a different size, or the colors do not work with my decor?

Typically, we do not offer full refunds; however customer satisfaction is our goal. If you fall into one of these three categories, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges and repackaging are the customer's responsibility.

**Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive.

 

What If I need to change my order?

  1. Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order has shipped, then we are not able to update the shipping address changes. You may contact the shipping carrier to see if the shipment can be rerouted.

 

  1. Order Changes

We can modify your order within the first 24 hours from the time it was placed. After this time, since the order will be in production, changes other than address or shipping method may require a processing fee.

 

What is Metal Art?

Can HD Metal art be used outdoor?

Yes, since the print is actually burned into the aluminum’s special coating, this makes the HD Metal Print suitable for outdoor areas and bathrooms, as well as for long-term outdoor exhibitions or advertising.Also it is not affected by UV rays, dust, or moisture.
